Calling all cyclists, inventors, and machinists...you've heard of "Monster Garage," well, we need your help with our
"bier-cycle"
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the German-American Steuben Parade in NYC which
will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2007 on Fifth Avenue, the Conrad Weiser Unit is seeking to
build a "bier-cycle" similar to this one. If you are willing to share your talent with
others in this unique project, please
. The project members will cycle the parade route in style - a demonstration of
German ingenuity, humor, and engineering skill.

When I get big...

Through the courtesy of Fred Moehring, the Conrad Weiser Unit invited the Radsportverein
Wendlingen-Kunstrad to join them in the Steuben Parade.
Their bikes are about 12 times older than they are!

Can't take his eyes off that wooden bike.

Can you guess their occupations?

An artistic touring bicycle.
